FREETHORPE PARISH COUNCIL
Serving Freethorpe and Wickhampton.
The parish of Freethorpe covers an area of 9.505 square kilometres, and includes the villages of Freethorpe and Wickhampton. The parish has a population of around 1,053 people (2021 census), and around 401 houses (2023 register of electors). The parish is part of the Marshes ward of Broadland District Council, and the Acle county division of Norfolk County Council.
The District Councillor is Grant Nurden and the County Councillor is Lana Hempsall.
Freethorpe Parish Council consists of 7 elected representatives. They meet each month on the third Monday of the month to discuss issues and address any concerns parishioners may raise.
