The Parish Council normally meets monthly in Freethorpe Village Hall on the third Monday of the month. Meetings start at 7.00pm Agendas and minutes are posted on the Freethorpe parish notice board on the Common and on this website.
During the meeting there is a period where members of the public can bring matters to the attention of the Council. However depending on the nature of the issue, it may not be possible to discuss it in depth until the following meeting. Matters can also be raised by contacting the Clerk prior to the meeting. The Clerk will place the item on the agenda where appropriate. Please note that for inclusion in discussion, any item must be received by the Clerk ten full days before the meeting. Items raised during the meeting will be placed on the next agenda at the Chairman’s discretion.
The public are invited to remain at the meeting as observers, but may not take part in the meeting unless specifically invited to do so by the Chairman.
